Estee Lauder Companies Nominates Dana Strong, CBE and Annabelle Yu Long for Election to its Board of Directors


Global Beauty Conglomerate The Estee Lauder Companies Inc has announced the nomination of Dana Strong, CBE and Annabelle Yu Long for Election to its Board of Directors at the upcoming annual meeting of stockholders to be held on November 13, 2025.


Strong currently serves as CEO of Sky, part of Comcast Corporation, where she oversees a broad media and entertainment business across six countries in Europe. With more than 25 years of experience leading some of the world's most recognized media brands, Strong has a proven track record of transformational leadership, innovation and agility in diverse regulatory, cultural, and business environments. She serves on The Wharton School of Business EMEA Advisory Board and was previously on the board of Telenet Group.

Long is an experienced venture capitalist with a strong background in digital innovation, and business operations in Asia/Pacific who sits on several public boards such as Tapestry Inc and The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited. She currently serves as Founding and Managing Partner of BAI Capital, a venture capital firm focused on businesses operating in Asia and beyond with investments across AI, fintech, consumer retail, media and content innovation.
